The value for money at this hotel was incredible, with a spacious suite and two bathrooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center. The staff were friendly and even gave us a bottle of pink prosecco as a gesture of apology for some work being done on our balcony.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The apartment was beautiful with location close to shopping center and Kitzbuhel. Favourable and excellent setting easy to get up to the mountain.

The accommodation was beautiful and warm just next door to centre of town and gondola, and supermarkets. The staff was very friendly and amicable to chat with. Truly enjoyed down pillows provided in advance. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were available. It was in a good place. And I was located as close to the main ski lift as described:)))

We had a fairly nice stay in Kitzbuhel next to the old town, the city center and the ski lift. Staff was helpful and exceptionally friendly. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; perfect night's sleep. Bathroom was particularly good.

our recent stay in kitzbuhel was amazing. at suiten am schloss, we had a cozy and spacious room just a short walk from the center. the sauna and view were awesome, and it was great value for the off-season.

the suite at this place was amazing. spacious with two bathrooms and a sauna shower. the beds were comfortable and had a great view of the river. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially the cappuccinos. we will definitely be coming back!

Check-in was contact-less with a convenient code entry system. the apartment was spacious and clean with heated floors. the large comfortable couch was perfect for relaxation. the beds were super comfortable with pillows that were just right. the location was excellent, with a short walk to restaurants and the ski gondola.

I recently stayed at Suiten Am Schloss for a ski trip with my family. We loved the convenient location, just a short walk to restaurants and the main ski lift. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered delicious local products. We also enjoyed the nearby sports center and Italian restaurant, as well as the grocery store for snacks and wine. a great experience!
